Delivery Policy

Maine Coon Grove coordinates every homecoming, whether you collect your kitten in person or we arrange transport. Current options are shown on our Pickup & Delivery page.

1. Options

• Pickup: no charge. By appointment, at a location, date and time we confirm with you in writing.
• Ground delivery: quoted by distance. Offered within a limited driving distance.
• Air cargo: quoted on request.
• Flight nanny: quoted on request.

2. Availability

Transport availability depends on destination, weather, carrier rules, and your kitten’s age, health and veterinary clearance. Kittens generally join their new families at around 16 weeks, subject to individual development, veterinary clearance and travel requirements.

3. Quotes and booking

• Transport fees are quoted individually. A quoted fee may change if carrier costs change before booking.
• Final transport arrangements are confirmed in writing before travel.
• The remaining balance and any transport fee are due in cleared funds 7 calendar days before the scheduled transport date, as set out in our Reservation & Refund Policy.
• Once booked, third-party transport costs may be non-recoverable if you cancel.

4. Third-party services and delays

Airline, cargo and flight-nanny services are subject to third-party schedules and rules. We are not responsible for delays caused solely by airlines, weather, airports or other third parties, but we will help with reasonable rescheduling. We will never ask a kitten to travel when it would be unsafe.

5. Receiving your kitten

Please be available at the agreed time and place. If pickup or receipt is delayed, boarding terms apply after a 5-day grace period, as set out in our Reservation & Refund Policy.

6. After arrival

Please have your kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival, as set out in our Health Guarantee.
