Homecoming is one of the most important days in your kitten’s life. Here is how we plan it together.
Delivery options
How your kitten comes home

Pickup No charge
Collect your kitten in person, by appointment, at a location, date and time we confirm with you in writing.

Ground delivery Quoted by distance
A dedicated driver brings your kitten by car, with regular rest, water and food stops. Offered within a limited driving distance.

Air cargo Quoted on request
Your kitten travels in a secure, climate-controlled airline kennel to the airport nearest you, where you collect them from the cargo station.

Flight nanny Quoted on request
A travel companion carries your kitten in the aircraft cabin and hands them to you at your chosen airport.
Transport fees are quoted individually and may change if carrier costs change before booking. Final arrangements are confirmed in writing before travel.
Pickup
Pickups are by appointment, at a location, date and time we confirm with you in writing. Payment instructions are provided privately after an application has been reviewed and approved. The remaining balance must be received in cleared funds 7 calendar days beforehand.
If pickup is delayed, there is a 5-day grace period after the agreed date. After that, a boarding fee of $25 per day may apply, as confirmed in writing.
Delivery
Transport availability depends on destination, weather, carrier rules, and your kitten's age, health and veterinary clearance.
Airline, cargo and flight-nanny services follow third-party schedules and rules. We are not responsible for delays caused solely by airlines, weather, airports or other third parties, but we will help with reasonable rescheduling.
Timing
Kittens generally join their new families at around 16 weeks, subject to individual development, veterinary clearance and travel requirements.
What goes home with your kitten
- Veterinary health certificate
- Vaccination and health records, as applicable to your kitten
- Microchip details, where your kitten is microchipped
- Your written reservation / adoption agreement, including any alteration or breeding-rights terms
- Pedigree registration paperwork, where applicable to your kitten
- Care guidance for the first weeks at home
